Clinical Communications Coordinator

Clinical Communications Coordinator (CCC) provides essential management of hospital referrals for potential donors, including initial response, referral escalation, and ongoing updates. Coordinators review hospital medical records, transcribe documentation, and communicate with hospital care teams and LifeCenter colleagues. This role helps steward referrals from potential donors to actual lives honored and saved.

Requirements

• B.S. in Health Sciences or related field, or equivalent academic endeavor, or
• Two – five (2-5) years of emergency or critical care experience in a healthcare setting or hospital, or
• Two – five (2-5) years of knowledge and experience in the field of science, health, organ/tissue donation or equivalent field, or
• Two – five (2-5) years of contact center experience, preferably in a healthcare related setting
