Benefits Manager

Amgen is seeking a Benefits Manager to support and evolve global benefits programs. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in benefits design and operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in benefits or total rewards
• Strong knowledge of benefits trends, market practices, and regulations globally
• Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries or regions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Experience with global HRIS platforms (i.e. Workday) is preferred
• Experience working in a large, diverse, global organization
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
