Global Development Operations Learning Business Partner, Senior Manager

The Global Development Operations Learning Business Partner, Senior Manager will design and deliver role-focused, longitudinal learning strategies and operationalize local onboarding and capability programs for Global Development Operations sub-functions at Amgen’s R&D Knowledge & Learning organization.

Requirements

• Partner with business SMEs to co-develop and deliver the local learning strategy and roadmap
• Act as the primary learning partner to local CS and DM leaders
• Design and operationalize onboarding programs for local hires and transfers
• Develop role personas and competency maps for critical CS/DM roles
• Lead the end-to-end learning material lifecycle for assigned programs
• Ensure all learning assets and delivery approaches comply with Amgen learning standards and GxP/Quality requirements
• Define and track program KPIs and produce dashboards and recommendations
