Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 12 employees and ensure the successful implementation of vaccine offers in pharmacies. The successful candidate will be responsible for regional sales growth, implementation, and partnership development.
Requirements
- Experience in leading sales or account teams in the healthcare/pharmaceutical field
- Multichannel/Omnichannel setup experience desirable
- Very good coaching, communication, and stakeholder skills
- Safe handling of CRM and reporting systems
- German and English language proficiency
