Resource Manager is accountable for translating business strategy, sales pipeline, and client demand into executable workforce plans, balancing short-term delivery needs with longer-term capability development.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in resource management, workforce planning, staffing, or deployment roles within a professional services or consulting environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of utilisation, margin, and delivery economics
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, ambiguous decision-making environments
- Advanced analytical capability, with experience using workforce and financial data to drive insight and action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
