Senior Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide high-level legal assistance to IQVIA’s Research and Development Solutions and Real-World Solutions Business Units. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and an active license to practice law in applicable jurisdiction, with a minimum of eight (8) years in-house legal department, law firm and/or other relevant legal experience.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and an active license to practice law in applicable jurisdiction
• Minimum of eight (8) years in-house legal department, law firm and/or other relevant legal experience
• Effective organizational, planning, project management, communication, presentation, interpersonal, pragmatic problem-solving and influence skills
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and/or drug development process preferred
• Working knowledge of data protection, privacy, and related laws and regulations preferred
• Ability to engage in complex problem solving, hard-working and results-orientated
• Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated sound judgment/decision-making skills
• Skilled in using MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
