Sr Inventory Management Specialist

As a Sr Inventory Management Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will perform replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing using handheld RF scanners and mobile scanning tools. You will also receive and inspect shipments, scan and store items, and maintain cycle counts to guarantee up-to-date inventory records. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently at customer sites, sometimes in varied temperature environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-3 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control experience
• Confident using RF handheld scanners or mobile scanning apps and basic Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• A self-starter who thrives with detail, accountability, and teamwork
