Residential Services Coordinator

LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to provide support to clients experiencing homelessness in San Jose. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of experience in a related field, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Provide calm, supportive crisis response and connect clients to appropriate resources as needed
• Support daily operations by responding to needs and questions from clients, volunteers, donors, and visitors
• Monitor site safety through regular rounds and camera observation to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Manage facility meals, supplies, and donations, ensuring proper inventory and maintaining organized storage
• Support team collaboration by creating reports, updating shift logs and participating in meetings
