Requirements

• Preoperative Duties: Gather, inspect, and prepare recovery supplies and instrumentation necessary for the case
• Intraoperative Duties: Prepare and anticipate additional instrumentation, equipment and supplies for usage during the recovery procedure
• Postoperative Duties: Break down sterile fields and appropriately discard unused and contaminated supplies
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure quality outcomes of all work performed, accurate and timely completion and release of the donor record within established timeframes
