Senior Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Process Engineer who knows their way around design engineering, hydrometallurgy, and lithium processing. You’ll be joining a collaborative, cross-functional team where your technical leadership will help drive everything from early process design through to full-scale operations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc degree in chemical or process engineering
• 10+ years of experience hands-on experience in process design and development
• Solid experience in lithium processing and/or hydrometallurgy and in greenfield projects
• Knowledge of process optimization methodologies and understanding of quality control principles and practice
• Proficiency with simulation tools like SysCAD
• Strong working knowledge of core unit operations: filtration, solvent extraction, evaporation, etc.
• Familiarity with safety/ environmental regulations in lithium processing
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills
• Engineering excellence at the center of all tasks
• Spoken and written English, proficiency in Portuguese a distinct advantage
