Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated engineer to lead and contribute to the development of optical fiber manufacturing processes. This role requires expertise in chemical or optical engineering, physics, materials science, or related fields to develop fiber manufacturing technology.
Conduct research, propose experiments, and analyze data to aide in development of new products, work with and lead project teams to develop new optical fibers and processes, collaborate with project teams to design and develop equipment and techniques for fiber processing.
The ideal candidate will be a strong, proactive team player with openness and willingness to contribute toward group goals and achievements.
