Lighthouse Electric is seeking a Chief Electrical Estimator to lead estimating activities for large-scale electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of estimating experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in software such as Accubid Anywhere and Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience as the lead estimator on projects $20 million or greater
- Data Center, Healthcare, and Light Industrial experience
- Experience leading estimates in excess of $50 million
- Ability to collect and communicate project level data to be pooled and utilized in the budgeting process
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain talent
- Accurately apply productivity rates, mark-ups, labor rates, indirect labor allocations, etc.
- Successfully execute a project handoff process for each project
- Understand and support the creation of the project budget
- Support change management needs for projects within the assigned business unit
- Participate in monthly KPI Meetings
- Participate in the Project Retrospective Meetings
- Assist in managing CRM system data
