Project Manager (Electrical)

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of current projects from project award through completion, and for oversight of Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers. The position requires effective management of all financial aspects of projects, change order process, project permits and inspections, and project submittals. The Project Manager must also coordinate required outputs with the Planning, Modeling, and Fabrication teams, participate in pre-construction meetings, and coordinate procurement and delivery of quoted materials within the project schedule.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to take direction from others
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Minimum 2 years' experience supervising/managing electrical and/or multi-trade construction operations
• Prior experience in electrical estimating
• Proven experience in effectively managing a program with a contract value of up to $25 Million
• Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems
• An understanding of OSHA requirements for electrical projects
