Financial Crimes Program Manager

Lightspark is building an open payment protocol for the Internet and is seeking a Financial Crimes Program Manager to design and build out their Financial Crimes function from the ground up.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in AML compliance and/or fraud risk
• Direct experience investigating crypto-related financial crimes
• Deep cross-border payments expertise
• Prior experience leading or managing a team
• Deep knowledge of SAR filing requirements, AML transaction monitoring typologies, and fraud risk frameworks
