Job Description
Lightspark is building an open payment protocol for the Internet and is seeking a Financial Crimes Program Manager to design and build out their Financial Crimes function from the ground up.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AML compliance and/or fraud risk
- Direct experience investigating crypto-related financial crimes
- Deep cross-border payments expertise
- Prior experience leading or managing a team
- Deep knowledge of SAR filing requirements, AML transaction monitoring typologies, and fraud risk frameworks
