Payroll & Benefits Manager

Likewize is searching for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join its global headquarters in Southlake, Texas, where the role will be responsible for managing end-to-end U.S. and Canada payroll, benefits administration, and immigration processes, while partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of end-to-end payroll experience
• Hands-on experience with ADP, with confidence navigating payroll processes and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze, reconcile, and manage data efficiently
