
Job description
The Assistant Commercial Manager will provide pre- and post-contract commercial management support across a portfolio of Hard Facilities Management contracts and associated project works, supporting the Commercial Director and ensuring robust commercial governance, risk management, and contractual compliance.
Support day-to-day BAU commercial and contractual matters, review and manage contracts, variations, changes, and amendments, and maintain accurate contract registers and key dates.
Proven experience in commercial or contractual management, strong understanding of commercial risk, cost control, and contractual compliance, and ability to engage confidently with operational teams and external suppliers.
