The Senior Automation Engineer designs, integrates, programs, and improves automated manufacturing systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality production. This role leads automation projects including new equipment launches, PLC and robotic optimization, and advanced technology integration.

Requirements

• Lead automation cell design, integration, and commissioning
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC and robotic systems
• Manage automation and engineering projects
• Analyze equipment performance data and implement reliability and cost reduction improvements
• Design and implement advanced automation technologies
• Develop mechanical and system designs for automated cells
• Select and specify equipment, materials, standards, and measurement methods
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives
