Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

Communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and determine product/service needs. Work with customers via phone and computerized systems.

Assess customer needs, answer questions, provide education, and document calls. Enter customer orders and update demographic information.

• High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training
• Computer entry required
