Mechanical Engineer

As a Plant Engineer at Lincoln Electric, you will support and execute projects across manufacturing facilities in the Cleveland and Mentor areas, identifying and solving technical challenges while ensuring safety, health, quality, and productivity standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Strong desire to take ownership of tasks and deliver results
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Demonstrates good judgment, self-motivation, and a commitment to safety
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to handle diverse assignments and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to perform hands-on work when needed and work collaboratively on the shop floor with employees and processes
• Technically proficient in CAD modeling. Preferred systems: Solid Edge; AutoCAD
