Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Lindsay Construction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting Lindsay Construction to clients and potential clients.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience running all aspects of commercial, industrial, and institutional building construction
- Post secondary education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Familiar with estimating, scheduling, subcontract coordination, and material procurement
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks as needed
- Experience leading a team of professionals
- Above average organizational skills to permit effective work on several projects concurrently
- Ability to communicate in an effective way to all stakeholders
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills
