Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will lead quality and validation efforts across hardware, firmware, and software, supporting the full product lifecycle. This role partners closely with engineering, product management, and operations to embed quality into design, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high-performing IoT solutions to our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in hardware/firmware/software validation, testing, or quality engineering
• Experience developing and executing test plans for embedded hardware, firmware, and software
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and test automation for hardware and software
• Proficient with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira)
• Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, and signal generators; and software QA tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Understanding of IoT protocols, embedded systems, and regulatory/testing standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to team best practices
