As a Chocolate Advisor, you will be an ambassador of LINDT, ensuring all customers receive a world-class premium experience. Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
Provide customer service, drive retail sales, and promote a positive retail experience. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, greeting customers, educating customers on Lindt chocolate products, and actively sampling and promoting products.
We are looking for a confident and interactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to represent a premium brand. You should be responsible and accountable in achieving individual goals and budgets, with good time management skills and the ability to work individually and in a team.
