This role serves as the sole HR presence at the location, requiring strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations. The Human Resources Business Partner partners with site leadership to drive business performance, talent development, and workforce engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR or related experience
- Working knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations
- Union experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven analytical and problem‐solving abilities; comfortable working in fast‐paced and ambiguous environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 5%
