
Job description
As an Associate Director Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with a culturally diverse team, gain industry experience, and take real responsibility in your role. You will lead key account relationships, oversee strategic client projects, and support business growth.
Act as a key account lead, lead and oversee strategic client projects, chair and lead meetings, support business growth, lead pre- and post-contract cost management, and manage the tender and procurement process.
We are looking for an experienced cost manager with a chartered or near-chartered status, who is savvy in understanding the business model and pursuing market opportunities. You should have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline, and experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
