
Job description
As an Associate Director - Cost Management at Linesight, you will work with a culturally diverse team, gain industry experience, and take real responsibility in your role. You will lead a team to deliver quality and client value, and participate in the tender/bid process.
Act as key account manager, develop client relationships, foster top performance and growth for employees, lead team to deliver quality and client value, participate in tender/bid process, create estimates and cost plans, oversee project spend, and support project management.
We are looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in cost management, a degree in project management or construction discipline, and experience in pre- and post-contract cost management. You should be an excellent communicator, chartered or on the path to complete it, and thrive in a dynamic environment with strong relationships.
