
Job description
As a Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with a culturally diverse team, gain industry experience, and take real responsibility in your role. You will support the settlement of construction disputes, resolve commercial issues, and create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
Support the settlement of construction disputes, resolve commercial issues, create estimates and cost plans, and oversee project spend. Actively participate in the tender/bid process and communicate clearly with your team.
We are looking for someone with experience in pre- and post-contract cost management, a degree or comparable experience in cost management or construction, and a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage their own priorities and deadlines.
