Role Overview

As a Senior MEP Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with a culturally diverse team, gain industry experience, and take real responsibility in your role. You will be mentored and supported by industry leaders and contribute to our business strategy.

What You Will Do

Analyse cost reports, conduct budget preparation, manage project costs, monitor financial close-out, oversee commercial change management, and lead commercial risk management efforts.

We are looking for someone with extensive cost manager experience, RICS chartered or on the path to complete it, and a degree or comparable qualification in construction, quantity surveying, mechanical or electrical engineering.
