We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT professional to join our Enterprise Logging and Monitoring Team, focused on the administration and optimization of Application Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) tooling.

Requirements

• Configure, administer, and maintain Application Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) tools
• Design and manage device and application discovery jobs across a mixed infrastructure environment
• Maintain high data integrity by identifying and eliminating duplicate records and resolving discovery discrepancies
• Optimize and tune discovery scans to improve performance and coverage
• Support IT Asset Lifecycle Management practices through accurate tracking and reporting of assets
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform error handling, and ensure overall tool stability
• Monitor and maintain ADDM licensing compliance
• Develop, implement, and maintain monitoring and alerting for ADDM tools and related infrastructure
• Create and distribute reports, dashboards, and visual dependency maps aligned with business needs
• Integrate ADDM tools with external systems such as ITSM platforms, CMDBs, and reporting tools
• Apply monitoring and alerting best practices to enhance observability and system reliability
• Interpret vulnerability scan results (e.g., Tenable/Nessus) and support remediation planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise logging, monitoring, and operational initiatives
