Our client, a premier financial services firm, is looking to expand their team in Columbus, OH. The Client Representative will handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, and provide product and service information.
The Client Representative will answer calls, respond to emails, research information, and process orders and applications. They will also identify and escalate priority issues, route calls to appropriate resources, and document call information.
