
Job description
Join our growing team as a Customer Service Associate, responsible for incoming and outgoing communications regarding BayMark Health Services. You will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective patients, families, and referral sources, gathering and exchanging information, recording data, and scheduling services.
Answer calls, listen to understand individual's life situation and drug use history, use consultative sales techniques to build rapport and trust, communicate benefits of treatment, and educate patients/family/support person on addiction.
We're looking for passionate individuals who can empathize, acknowledge, and convey compassion in all call interactions, maintain professional boundaries, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive patient experience.
