Founding GTM Engineer

Role Overview

We’re hiring Linkup’s first GTM Engineer — a technical builder who will architect the systems powering how we grow, learn, and engage with users. This role sits at the intersection of data, automation, and go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Do

Build scalable growth systems — from outbound automation to usage-based lead scoring and CRM enrichment. Design and maintain integrations across our GTM stack.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This is the first GTM engineering role at Linkup — the bridge between our growth engine and our product. You’ll connect the dots between who discovers Linkup, how they use it, and what makes them successful.

Requirements

• 2 years+ relevant experience, ideally in fast-growing technology/SaaS company
• Hands-on with modern GTM stacks (CRM, APIs, enrichment tools, workflow automation)
• Comfortable with Python, SQL, and API integrations — bonus for experience with LLM or search APIs
• Demonstrated ability to turn messy data and processes into scalable systems that drive pipeline or adoption
