Intake Specialist

The Intake Specialist leads the first meaningful consultation prospective clients have with the firm, guiding individuals and families through conversations about their immigration situation and helping them understand their options.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to lead clear and professional conversations in both languages.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in client-facing or consultative roles preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, quickly building trust with clients.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a structured environment.
• Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
