Job Description
The Intake Specialist leads initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration circumstances and help identify potential paths forward with the firm. The role requires full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with people from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish, able to lead clear and professional conversations in both languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in client-facing or consultative roles preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, quickly building trust with clients.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a structured environment.
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities.
