This role requires a hands-on Salesforce expert who can collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Implement complex Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Develop and manage data models, process automations, and workflow optimization
- Manage integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party applications
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance
- Ensure that Salesforce implementations comply with industry standards, security policies, and legal regulations
- Implement role-based access controls and data security measures
- Stay informed about Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends
- Drive adoption of advanced Salesforce capabilities
- Develop user guides and documentation for ongoing system support
- Partner with IT and business teams to integrate Salesforce into the firm’s broader technology strategy
