The Sr. Director, Public Relations and Corporate Communications leads the firm’s Communications and Reputation Management strategy, building brand awareness, credibility, and trust through thought leadership, earned media, and founder-led storytelling.
Requirements
- Lead the firm’s external communications and earned media strategy
- Partner directly with the Founder and Executive Leadership
- Direct agency partners in developing proactive brand-building campaigns
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Firm’s Founder and senior leadership
- Act as the internal authority on reputation and trust
- Lead crisis response strategy and execution
- Establish and govern SOPs for media engagement, misinformation response, influencer interactions, and crisis escalation
- Provide executive-level reporting and insight
- Lead firmwide proactive and reactive internal communications
- Partner with HR and Founder to manage internal events and shaping a culture of transparency
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to support organizational transformation efforts
