Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Role Overview

Lead day-to-day production activities, oversee multiple production lines and teams, and ensure smooth operations, high-quality output, and a safe work environment.

Direct production activities, collaborate with procurement and maintenance, monitor reports, hire and train team members, lead safety and food safety efforts, adjust production schedules, and partner with engineering to improve equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or technical field
• Previous leadership experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of production line machinery and processes
• Familiarity with safety, food safety, and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Skilled in reading technical documents and writing reports
• Proficiency in basic math and interpreting operational data
