Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes at the Legnago manufacturing plant. The role leads a local quality team of five and works closely with the Global Quality organization to ensure alignment of procedures and best practices across the European region and the wider Littelfuse organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in a quality role within manufacturing, automotive, or other regulated industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements
• Familiarity with ATEX certification
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a data‐driven mindset
• Experience in analyzing quality trends and driving corrective actions
• Familiarity with customer scorecards and performance metrics
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills
• Experience with statistical analysis tools
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
