Sr. New Process and Product Development Engineer

Littelfuse is seeking a Sr. New Process and Product Development Engineer to lead new product development with a focus on device design and process development. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in semiconductor device physics or equivalent and experience in low voltage semiconductor processing.

Requirements

• Master's degree in semiconductor device physics or equivalent
• Familiar with CMOS and Bipolar technologies
• TCAD or other device simulation experience
• Knowledge of Transient Voltage Suppressor devices
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Self-starter and team player
• Innovative thinking
• Hands-on problem-solving attitude
