We are recruiting an Assembly Operative for a bespoke security solutions business in Biggleswade. No previous assembly experience is required as full training will be provided. The role is ideal for entry-level candidates, career changers, or people with experience in hands-on environments where accuracy and consistency are important.

Requirements

• Assemble components and products to specification
• Follow clear instructions and build processes
• Carry out visual quality checks to ensure high standards
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely
• Work as part of a small, supportive production team
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
