Job Description
We’re hiring a senior paid media specialist to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and selected external networks — with a single objective: consistent trial and pipeline growth in the US market.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years running high-ownership paid acquisition for B2B SaaS
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search/PMAX), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Demonstrated ability to reduce CAC and scale profitable channels
- Strong analytical capabilities: diagnosing issues, proposing fixes, and acting fast
- Practical experience with GA4, Looker/Tableau, UTMs, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
- Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks
