Job Description
Text is undergoing a shift from a SaaS interface to an AI-native, conversational experience. The VP of Product Design will define and enforce design excellence across the company, setting standards for UI, UX, accessibility, and AI integration. This involves leading design teams, shaping product roadmaps, and establishing measurable outcomes for conversion and activation.
Requirements
- Co-author and own the product design strategy for the Text App.
- Represent design in company leadership planning.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering leaders.
- Define design standards and systems.
- Drive product strategy alignment with business outcomes.
- Establish design operating systems.
