Requirements

• multi-disciplinary design generalist
• experience with UI/UX best practices and modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• ability to lead high-profile product initiatives to great outcomes for users and businesses
• ability to communicate design flows to clients and engineers
• comfort with critique in the context of an iterative design process
• experience conducting customer research and usability testing
