DevSecOps Engineer II

LivePerson transforms customer care from voice calls to mobile messaging. Our cloud-based software platform, LiveEngage, allows brands with millions of customers and tens of thousands of care agents to deliver digital at scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a DevSecOps, DevOps, or Security Engineering role
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash), and familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and securing containerized applications
• Understanding of Linux systems and networking
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP ) - GCP is advantageous
• Experience with IaC (Terraform)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security) are a plus
• Experience with security tools such: vulnerability scanners, code scanners, SIEM, CSPM, WAFs and secret management tools is a plus
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills with other teams
• A strong sense of quality, personal responsibility, and a passion for development
