Living Goods is looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead product management across a growing portfolio of digital health innovations. The successful candidate will collaborate with program, engineering, and country teams to shape and manage the product roadmap for priority initiatives.
Requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and program teams to shape and manage the product roadmap
- Lead product discovery for assigned initiatives: user research, problem framing, and requirements definition
- Drive the product development cycle across multiple concurrent initiatives at different stages of maturity
- Champion an evidence-driven approach to product development
- Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes for engineering teams
- Measure product performance against defined outcomes and translate insights into roadmap decisions
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Product Manager on the team and provide direction to UI/UX designers and business analysts
