Role Overview

The Mechanical Engineering Manager oversees the design, development, and execution of mechanical systems and solutions, leading a team of engineers and designers. This role requires a strong emphasis on aggregate processing equipment and industrial applications.

Lead a team of engineers and designers, oversee design and development of mechanical systems, review and approve engineering designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Proficiency in SolidWorks
• Experience with aggregate conveyor systems and material handling equipment
• Structural steel and weldment design
• Hopper and chute design, including material flow considerations
• Platforms, stairways, and safety systems in compliance with MSHA/OSHA
