Job description
The Engineering Team Manager supports Lab leadership and teams to deliver against strategy and delivery commitments. This role requires an Engineering background and involves progressing down the management track of the Y-shaped model.
Develops and delivers budget plans, provides input into compliance policies, and takes responsibility for developing and implementing data management systems, IT Security policies, and knowledge management systems.
Requires AI Leadership, Agentic AI, and Engineering Leadership skills. Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to business practices, develops and delivers projects, and manages performance management systems.
