C-UAS Engineer

Role Overview

LMI is seeking a C-UAS Engineer to lead planning and execution of test and evaluation projects for our DHS client. This is an on-site position in the New York City area and requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen.

What You Will Do

Provide engineering support to NUSTL’s Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Programs and Projects. Integrate C-UAS systems from commercial and government off-the-shelf component sensors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable engineering discipline
• 3+ years of relevant engineering and technical experience
• Knowledge of geospatial analysis tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for Python)
• Part 107 UAS Certification is desired but not required
• Ability to pass a DHS background investigation and obtain a Secret clearance
