Data Scientist - TS/SCI with Polygraph Required

Role Overview

LMI is seeking a Data Scientist to support a U.S. Federal Government Agency working with classified media. The Data Scientist will work with a team to build new capabilities, query and structure data, apply algorithms, and deploy visualization products.

What You Will Do

Gather and process raw data, develop performance metrics, query databases, develop machine learning algorithms, and use critical thinking skills to assess how machine learning capabilities can best be applied to complex business situations.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience using data sources from industry, academia, the IC, the military, and/or the scientific community
• 3 years of experience discovering, organizing, and structuring data and applying advanced analytic techniques
• 3 years of experience using Python, R, or other coding languages and developing and evaluating algorithms and methods
• Experience in advanced analytics, such as social network analysis (SNA), social media analysis, graph theory, geospatial analysis, and data visualization
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required
