Job description
LMI is seeking a skilled Forward Deployed Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO. The successful candidate will integrate advanced technologies into operational workflows, build and deploy new software capabilities, and work closely with Soldiers and mission users to translate real-world needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
Provide direct support to the 4th Infantry Division, collaborate with Soldiers to understand operational requirements, implement rapid updates and enhancements to the SHEPRD application, and provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have experience building modern web applications, developing backend services, and working with relational databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication skills, are also required.
