Job description
Lead a team in delivering agile software development services to support GSA's federal acquisition workforce, developing a unified, web-based platform to modernize and streamline Governmentwide Indefinite Delivery Vehicle (IDV) contracting. Oversee program execution, financial and contractual oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Manage overall contract performance, lead implementation and scaling of Agile practices, oversee project scoping and design, ensure delivery of a modular, scalable architecture, and support development of automation capabilities.
Ideal candidate brings strong federal program leadership experience, financial and contractual oversight expertise, and a demonstrated track record of implementing and scaling Agile methodologies. Must have experience managing programs or projects similar in scope and complexity to GSA's requirements.
